* Up to 14 days to return the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
* Returns are only accepted if the item is an incorrect item shipped via our error.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
* Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
* If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
* Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):
* Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):
* All pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours but will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee. After 48 hours pre-orders sales are final and non-refundable for any reason. If items are returned due to undeliverable address or some form of fraud, shipping charges will not be refunded and Junction Collectibles will charge a restocking fee of 25% on all items.
Pre-orders allow us to see how much product we should order and what we are expecting to sell. All Pre-orders are a binding agreement to you purchasing such items and are non-refundable and non-transferable. No order shall be fulfilled until every item is in stock. Please make sure you separate orders by estimated release dates if you wish to receive items as they come in stock. In stock items will be held until all pre-order items are in stock if they are in the same order.
Expected Ship Dates
Pre Orders dates are subject to date change without notice. The dates supplied are estimates given by Funko and it's affiliates. Changes in shipment dates from Funko do not warrant a refund or compensation. These dates are an estimation and things change from time to time. If there is a change in dates, we do our best to update our customers!
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged via our error. * You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
* Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
* If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* We reserve the right to limit quantities on any/all items. If you are seeking items in bulk, e-mail us to talk about wholesale inquiries.
* We reserve the right to change prices on any/all items at any time to reflect the current market.

* Customer provides an incorrect address
* Courier deems the address as insufficient
* Customer ordered wrong item
